SHIPPING:
We ship packages out M – F via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation. Orders typically ship within 2 business days of the order date but can take up to 2 weeks, and delivery normally takes between 2-3 days.
Shipping Charges
Our shipping rates are $5.00 for any order up to $99.99 and free for all orders of $100.00 or more. This is for USPS Priority Mail with delivery in 2-3 days (domestic) or 6-10 days (international). For 2nd day air, Overnight and Priority Overnight, please contact us (service@jococojewelry.com) for the specific charges that will be incurred.
Customs Charges & Fees
All customs charges and fees incurred from international orders are the responsibility of the customer to pay. JoCoCo Jewelry does not calculate customs charges and fees or include them in your final order price.
TAX:
Tax is automatically calculated at checkout for orders shipping to the state of North Carolina. Orders shipping elsewhere will not have a tax charge incurred.

Currently we accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

COUPONS:
We offer promotional coupons throughout the year. These may be entered at checkout and your total will automatically be adjusted accordingly.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or a refund. JoCoCo Jewelry accepts returns within 30 days of the original purchase for an exchange or refund.
Please clearly write your reason for returning the item(s) and your email on the invoice included in your package. Package the item(s) and invoice together and send back via insured mail through USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
Once the items are received back – unaltered and in resalable condition – we will notify you via email and refund you in full for the purchase price of the merchandise and shipping charge (if applicable).
In the case of an exchange, please clearly write your reason for exchanging the item(s) and what item(s) you are interested in having sent to you. You will be charged for shipping charges on the new items being sent out, and any additional charges due to difference in pricing. If your exchange total is less than the original purchase, you will be refunded the difference less any new shipping charges.

JOCOCO KIDS:
Children’s safety is incredibly important to us, and so we choose to use only quality materials when creating these pieces. We do not recommend that our kid’s line of jewelry be intended for children under the age of twelve, in order to comply with the new standards set in the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act for children's products. We also must mention that our kid’s earrings, bracelets, and necklaces are not toys and should not be used as such due to the obvious chocking risk these small creations pose to children under three.
